This striking and repeating carriage clock benefits from retaining the original silvered , Jeweled lever escapement which is visible through the large bevelled top glass . A white enamel dial with Roman numerals typical Jacot inner ring and alarm dial behind substantial bevelled glass . Henri Jacot is one of the most collectable makers of carriage clocks and this is a very good example with the stamped Jacot logo and number 14809 and key with outer leather covered case . circa 1895 .
