A French 'Lancet Top' mantel clock of 8 day duration , striking hourly and half hourly on a gong , a white convex enamel dial showing Roman Numerals polished blued steel Hands and a Cast brass bezel surround . The case has a small Fan marquetry inlay into Mahogany and boxwood with polished brass ball feet and glazed rear locking door , made in Paris around 1890 Stamped CH.VCNE and numbered-61755
