A traditional 'school' or 'Station' clock . The fully restored movement is single fusee on chain and has square plates with the original steel hands and runs for 8 days . The enamelled dial is nicely cracked and crazed , signed Holden of Whitstable . The case has two doors - the side door held with a latch and the convex bottom door held with a lock and Key . We would date this clock to circa 1880 .
