Robt Wood , London , circa 1800
An early 12" Silvered Dial in a 'Salt box' Walnut case , shaped 4 pillar Verge fusee movement of 8 day duration , The dial is engraved with Robert wood , London and dating to around 1800 . A very narrow wooden surround and wooden bezel with the convex glass . This is a good example of a silvered Dial wall clock and has all the early features you would expect .
